I'm not your average Senior HR Professional ! In addition to offering extensive expertise & experience within Global Business Partnering , Organisational Change practice, Coaching and group facilitation I also possess a critical commercial focus and drive having previously held senior retail leadership roles as well as Project Managing large 'people' change programmes. This broad variety of professional experiences have shaped & enabled me to operate as an HR Professional who has a keen eye on delivering not just high quality People outcomes but also commercial ones.I have operated on the Global stage as an HR Business Partner establishing a reputation for successfully delivering HR Strategy, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Reward, Policy and Resourcing disciplines. As an Organisation Change practitioner I have led multi-faceted change initiatives, focusing on transformational and sustainable people change.I am affiliated to the ODNE (Organisation Design Network for Europe) & an OD&D Professional Community where I have continually developed my practice.My broad experience & capabilities have been gained within the Academic Publishing and Retail industries at the highly respected Taylor & Francis and John Lewis brands. These roles have required developing business strategies alongside senior company executives supporting the alignment to the company vision and purpose. Through these experiences I have cultivated strong senior stakeholder relationships, effective matrix working practices and nurtured high-calibre, high performing teams. I have professionalised my HR practice through becoming a CIPD Chartered member (Level 7)I am also an accredited ADCT Coach supporting many clients to make positive changes to their lives and enhance their career prospects. This is a skill I particularly enjoy partaking in and it really supports my continual growth and approach to my wider HR practice.Earlier in my career before developing my HR, Organisational Change practice and Coaching capabilities I held numerous commercially focused Store Leadership and Project Management roles within retail shops, successfully managing large & varied teams, taking responsibility for the operational strategy, store performance and profitability. I also have experience in Learning and Development facilitation having spent valuable time as an L&D Management trainer responsible for delivering systems and behavioural training.All of these multiple experiences enable me to offer a very broad range of skills that promote and drive positive outcomes.
