Track purchase order amendments and invoice change orders and scope changes. Participates in quotation process by working with the Fogg sales team by assisting them during customer sales calls and site visits that require technical communications.  Machine order specifications entered into Fogg database and ERP system for scheduling and publishing ordering tasks to various departments. Coordinate, setup up and lead Customer Factory Acceptance Test (Anywhere from 1-5 days with customer)  Document post FAT action items required for correction and follow to completion. Work closely with Parts and Service Department regarding Start-up and extended spares, Installation and Commissioning Schedule. Continually work on creating and improving department standards (documents, forms and training materials)
