(All players we recruited had to fit our clubs ethos for the first team). - All the work that the coaches put into the session had to follow the academy philosophy and training program to help ease the transition from development centres to academy for all players. - All admin work was taken upon by myself and had to meet the needs of the academy for EPPP.
