About Andy Hoyle

Having gained a great deal of experience in retail, planning, organisation and management at Woolworths I wanted to further my interest and knowledge of the growing world of eCommerce and every niche that falls underneath this fairly expansive category.I have worked for Mainline Menswear since 2007 and have experienced every aspect of a growing internet based company from customer facing retail through eCommerce operations, online customer service and my current role in marketing. Having worked as the News and Media Executive for just over six years, a change in personnel and direction of the marketing function lead to a re-structure of roles, with myself taking a promotion to Head of Marketing. This has allowed me to grow the team to accommodate more marketing channels, and introduce a Marketing Manager to the team to further aid expansion.My main aim at the moment is to expand my knowledge of marketing, eCommerce and business through a variety of mediums, but mainly reduce the "you don't know, what you don't know" moments in life. Through this I believe I will become a much more rounded individual, that will continue to make a large contribution to the ever growing organisation I currently work for.
