Manufacturing operation management for Schlumberger sand screen manufacturing center (Reslink) in the US. Led an international and diverse manufacturing team, define and execute revenue and delivery plan, responsible for HSE, plant financial performance, product quality, on time delivery. Responsible for the manufacturing P&L, headcount planning, hiring/firing, CAPEX, inventory, Total Cost Ownership and center Strategic projects.

Manage global strategic sourcing, procurement, logistic and warehouse for Schlumberger sand screen manufacturing (Reslink). In charge of FTZ(Foreign Trade Zone) project for Reslink US facility, work with 3rd party consultant KPMG +Thomson Reuters and US CBP and successfully set up the first FTZ for SLB in Texas US.

Manage and oversee strategic projects related to manufacturing automation and digitalization. Develop the next generation manufacturing technologies for sand screen product line.Implemented automated pipe handling system for screen manufacturing.

1. Manage a manufacturing team with 30 people, responsible for the production of 3 product lines which generate about $20 millions revenue per year.2. Lead and manage production team, focus on safety, efficiency, on time delivery and team's competency improvement, make sure the production quality, cost and OTS (On Time Shipment) meet company’s strategic objectives. Continuously motivate the team and ensure production delivery. 3. Develop team’s competency and capability, includes manufacturing engineers, production supervisors and front line operators. Improve team’s engagement, execution and motivation. 4. Lead production team to do continuous improvement for manufacturing processes to reduce cost, improve productivity and quality by using LSS and CI methodology. Modernize production lines through automation, digitalization and new manufacturing technologies.5. Acting as center Loss Prevention Team Leader, report to center manager directly, support HSE function to keep improving working environment and ensure production safety.

1. Responsible for new product line design and setup, machine shop layout design, machines/equipment installation and commissioning, people training. Participate in creating and implementing machines' TPM.2. Responsible for new products transfer and MFG proven out, create production SWI/SOP and VSM, new products training.3. Responsible for CI (Continuous Improvement) and Lean production for product line, lead LSS (Lean Six Sigma) and automation projects. 4. Responsible for hazard analysis and risk control which related to production and projects, make sure the production and projects running complying with company’s QHSE standard. 5. Sale order review, set up Purchase or Make strategy for each order, make sure production process goes smoothly. Fixture design（by Pro/E, AutoCAD and so one）and purchasing.6. Resolve problems met in production in a quick manner and ensure production can go smoothly. Support other functions (supply chain, logistic, customer service, quality and planning).7. ECO/ECR/DfM review, ensure the machinability of new products. 8. Maintain product standard cost, support finance team.9. Other works assigned by product line manager.

Internship:Work as a mechanical engineer in NPD, focus on testing equipment and fixtures design for new products (bearings and clutch). Record design in PDM system.
