Direct accountability for IT, warehousing, distribution & customer service functions with overall management of 75 staff including 3 managers, 7 supervisors, charge-hands & staff. Accountable for facilities management of 20 acre site, & financial budgetary control of £440k, with reporting on operational & IT initiatives at monthly board meetings- Provided direction for IT function in first 3 months, generating savings of £120k.
