Education in the UK and United States gave me a good platform and early experiences that shaped the driven and self motivated person I am today. Playing and captaining college football at Marquette University as well as coaching for the Olympic Development Program for the state of Wisconsin. I learnt quickly to lead, and absorb knowledge from other experienced professionals while utilising the strengths within a team. To evaluate, to nurture, and guide talented individuals that want the opportunity to succeed brings success. On my return to the UK I continued my sporting career coaching and then began a journey into business management. After twelve years in four contrasting roles I have the hunger to succeed more than ever!
