Implemented a fully compliant GAP Insurance back selling process, achieving 36% penetration against an industry standard of 20%, selling over 10,800 policies and generating £1.7 million profit in 12 months.Created a central sales follow up process targeting both current and lost opportunities. Re-engaging customers to keep them in the buying process and driving traffic back to the dealerships through exceptional customer service and a robust process.
