I have a passion for growing businesses and helping them evolve and change. For the past 15+ years I have held both operational and client service roles. With a strong focus on financial performance, sales and targets, new business development, team management, leading research delivery, operations, client and account management. My new personal mission is to further grow Lightspeed ANZ businesses through driving innovation to make insights data accessible to a broad portfolio of clients.In the past, I have had various local and national research, operational and leadership roles within the Kantar group and have been part of the WPP group for over 10+ years. This has enabled me to gain experience across a wide range of research domains, including Brand & Communications, IPD, Shopper, Digital and Customer Strategies. Which in turn, has enabled me to collaborate, consult and deliver strategic insights, to some of the worlds leading brands.
