Andy is an experienced business analyst with seven years’ experience working in Westpac Banking Corporation. Andy has been involved with several transformation programs and has experience across the various project phases including feasibility, scoping, build, implementation and testing.Andy is a trained Holocentric user and his most recent role on the Compliance Transformation Program saw him develop As-Is process documentation which helped define current state problems across the various layers of the operating model including process, technology, organisation and people, and To-Be process design to address the noted inefficiencies and gaps. Andy has demonstrated a high level of commitment and diligence in his approach to undertake the tasks allocated to him, and has always received positive feedback from stakeholders.In his previous role on the Quality Advice Program in BT, he developed As-Is and To-Be process maps, gathering business requirements focussed on the redesign of the monitoring and supervision framework for BT Advice. He assisted with the successful development of a targeted, data-driven approach for managing business control activities. This was presented to major regulatory bodies including ASIC and APRA who acknowledged the quality of the work delivered. Andy has advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office tools and has demonstrated exceptional skills in building effective PowerPoint packs that transform complex information and key messages into targeted and effective visual formats for a variety of stakeholders including senior-level executives.Andy strives for continuous personal growth where he recently completed a Masters of Commerce degree whilst working full-time.
