• Leads all team community outreach activations and MLB Community Initiatives, in the El Paso Community.• Develops and executes successful community programs to include: player/staff/fan volunteerism, a mascot program that attends 500 appearances annually, & sponsorable initiatives.• Works closely with team officials/players to identify philanthropic efforts they are interested in supporting.• Serves as a Military Liaison, working with PAO to coordinate soldier recognitions, color guards, community events, etc.• Generates over $1.75M for the El Paso Chihuahuas Foundation via 50/50 Jackpot Program, Specialty Jersey Auctions, Hot Stove Galas, and more.• Spearheads and coordinates all foundation efforts, requests & and charitable giving.• Acts as a community ambassador, hosting events for corporate partners & non-profits like the Aaron Jones Celebrity Softball Game, United Way Community Banquet, GECU Employee Rally, & more.

• Leads strategy and oversees Promotional calendar development for one the top brands in MiLB to meet individual ticket revenue goal.• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Director of Business Analytics and General Manager on strategy development.• Generated over $2M in individual ticket revenue in every season since 2019.• Activate all sponsored assets, group experiences, and in-stadium marketing.• Negotiates, sources, and orders all fan giveaways & ticket add-ons. Books all specialty acts, celebrities, and guest mascots for ballpark appearances, meet-n-greets & community events.• Coordinate, Script, and Execute75 promotional nights, day of the week offers & theme games each season.• Work with well-known brands including Marvel, Lucasfilms, Nickelodeon on promotional theme nights.• Write and voice all TV, radio and promo copy.• Serve as a club spokesperson for news/interviews/appearances & was featured as a fan-favorite bobblehead giveaway in 2016.• Hire, trains & oversees 2 full-time staff, 2 full-time interns & 30+ gameday promotions and 50/50 raffle staff.• Create, manage & balance 3 departmental budgets.• Act as the on-field host at all ballpark events to entertain/enhance the fan experience including all Chihuahuas games, Way Out West Country Music Festival, Cheer & Dance Classic & more.• Led presentations and shared program best practices at league conferences including MiLB Winter Meetings & MiLB Promo Seminars.
