The main responsibilities for an STSE is to provide day to day guidance and support to theJunior Technical Service Engineers and TSE’s, ensure all maintenance planning is controlled effectively and efficiently, and support development within the Shared Services CAMO.  Provide non-grounding technical support to aircraft crews Provide assistance with the interpretation and implementation of Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives Use of Computer Aided Maintenance Program (CAMP) and Computerised Maintenance Program (CMP) for defect reporting and work order generation for AOG, short and long termmaintenance Planning requirements  Ensure all requested maintenance has been performed and in compliance with regulatory andcompany policies.  Administration of Technical Log Sector Record Page including quality control, data entry, andthe review/correction of total aircraft hours and landings  Control and tracking of Hold Item List and Cabin Defect Log entires. Workpack review, archieving and responsible for ensuring the maintenance tracking tool (CAMP, CMP) is udpated regularly (Including data entry from non routine tasks arisings forreliability reporting)  Warranty program reporting Entering and maintaining records of all aircraft airworthiness docs, including; work files, in the aircraft, engine/APU logbooks CofA preparation and presentation involving international and domestic travel  Support and provide guidance to Technical Service Engineers and Junior Technical Service engineers including training in company procedures and practices Assist with the development and implementation of Technical Instructions and procedures Assist with investigations into service level failures Representing the CAMO Department & ExecuJet Aviation Group when both in and out of the office with integrity and professionalism Provide 24/7 Aircraft On Ground (AOG), immediate technical support to all managed aircraft

I am primarily responsible for;· Putting safety as the number 1 priority· Managing the approval of modifications and repairs· Ensuring modifications and repairs (changes) are carried out to an approved standard· Ensuring all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the approved maintenanceprogramme and released in accordance with M.A. subpart H· Coordination of scheduled maintenance, the application of airworthiness directives, thereplacement of service life limited parts and component inspections to ensure work is carriedout properly· Forecasting, communicating and planning of all mandatory and non-mandatory modifications· Development, monitoring and dissemination of technical reliability data· Ensuring that all aircraft certificates are maintained and valid· That the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aeroplane managed by the company remainsvalid in respect of:o (i) the airworthiness of the aircraft,o (ii) the expiry date specified on the Airworthiness Review Certificate, ando (iii) any other condition specified in the Certificate;· Providing technical liaison between Maintenance engineering and third party Organisations forany arisings· I have single-handedly created a tailored reliability tracking, analysis and presentation systemwhich facilitates the monitoring of any fleet’s reliability data and is approved by the CAA· I am regularly required to create damage reports, and develop proposals for repair schemesand/or temporary repairs as applicable, many of which have been incorporated by the aircraftmanufacturers into their SRM/AMM approved documentation· I have travelled to various locations around the world to carry out interior aircraft surveys (tofacilitate interior refurbishment/warranty claims), as well as to carry out audits/surveys for CAAARC renewals
