The project won a national award in 2018. My main area of interest and expertise in students’ unions is in service-building and development, with the aim of increasing and improving engagement with stakeholders.In 2016 I became the organisational lead for coaching and mentoring, and I am currently in training with the Academy of Leadership and Management towards a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring in 2018, I currently have a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.
