Own the execution of the Product Strategy, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Engineering to understand product needs in the Regions, monitor &report on market information, trends, and activities – including product performance, market share, competitor information, and customer feedback.•Responsible for the gathering and organization of market data, to include competitor information as well as internal metrics such as market share.•Gather and organize potential Feature Additions, Product Improvements, and New Product Development actions and projects from Market, Competitor, and Customer research and analysis.•Maintain a Product Development Roadmap by model family, detailing out new product development projects and timelines, and prepares presentations to the Product Directors and VP Product Management to obtain approval and funding for New Product Development projects.•Work closely with the Appropriate Engineering Personnel to ensure development projects are progressing through the R & D process to meet assigned deadlines for product launch.•Work with Innovation, Industrial Design, and Intellectual Property resources to ensure effective implementation in the Product Development.•Determine and maintain Product Price Lists by utilizing Market Research Data, production cost data, and anticipated volume to achieve Product gross margin targets.•Communicate and coordinate with Sales & Marketing personnel for effective Product Positioning and effective product launch, including development of Dealer Profiles and Regional Sales Strategies.•Act as the gateway for Sales requests for Product customization, filtering the requests to Engineering resources.
