I oversee the production of multiple Coating lines making color tools for customers all over the world. Some of the responsibilities include: employee scheduling on all shifts, release of materials needed from vendors for production, achieve customer deadlines, approving employee time for payroll. It has been very rewarding contributing in the success of ChromaSource. We have doubled the size of the Coating department since I started in 2001. One of the biggest challenges has been adding another Coating line while trying to maintain our everyday production. Came up with a strategy to save $300,000 annually by organizing containers of paint.

My responsibilities included accurately dispensing paint formulas into containers by hand. Moving 300 gallon totes of paint, organizing and labeling multiple containers at a time.

I was responsible for operating the Coating machine. There are three people working together as a team, the Coater, Sheeter and Coater Helper. Some of the responsibilities were overseeing the Coater Machine to make sure we were producing quality color tools. Directing the Coater Helper on what needed done next to keep the machine running. Operating a clamp truck to load 2,000# rolls of paper.
