Responsible for three floors of entertainment retail selling space, and another full floor of shipping/receiving. Responsibilities included all phases of the employee life cycle, marketing, sales and cost controls, product and asset protection, payroll and brand development. Built relationships with existing and potential new vendors, including total company roll outs. Helped initiate and create numerous new company policies and procedures from inception to change implimentation.
