CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTo Maintain and develop relations with present Customers on local basis and corporate levelo Establish and maintain communications with all levels of Airline Management, including Strategic Sourcing,Operations, Finance, and Executives at all levels.o Identify potential business opportunities in new and existing customers. o Full understanding of allocated Agreements/Contracts.o In regards to allocated customer portfolio, negotiate, influence and assist to develop tenders and the terms of customer contracts, managing all internal stakeholders through the process 2. DATA MANAGEMENTo Support the tender process by ensuring timelines are met and all information is provided to the respective departments.o Responsible for accurate costing and pricing according to criteria provided by management.o Validation of customer datao Support invoice processing and respond to customers’ queries on invoiceso Assist in the preparation of the annual sales budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly sales reports3.PROFITABILITY MANAGEMENTo Identifying, quantifying, developing and delivering new business opportunities to drive revenue and EBIT growth targetso Follow-up on airlines individual profitability and drive efforts to improve.o Monitor monthly economic KPI’s and analyses deviations to identify the drivers and escalate to the Director Commercialo Follow up of the customer’s SLA performance process4.OPERATIONAL AND KPI MANAGEMENTo Partner with and support Finance and the Planning and Control teams to ensure alignment with the customer strategy including the annual budget.o Follow-up on customers’ feedback o Work closely with the compliance, production and operations teams .o Perform internal audits to ensure that customer expectations are met in accordance with the agreed SLA’s.
