Led the training , system testing for the new warehouse system and supported the site in making sure the just in time model worked .Completed work on bringing the same warehouse management and manufacturing system in Dorset Cereals to its new factory in Poole . In this project , I led the training , system design and testing , working closely with managers and operators and the system designers to bring the system in to site at the agreed time and working as designed. Supported the team till January 2020. From November 2019 to October 2020 , supported and lead design on implementing the same manufacturing system into the crispbread and crackerbread manufacturing site in Poole. Due to Covid , work with system designers was mostly done on Microsoft teams but completed a successful project with improved traceability and material control at a work order level. Show less
