I have over 15 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, ranging from on-site experience as a Joiner, through on Site Management roles and now my current position of Contracts Manager held for the last 7 years. This experience enables me to deliver quality projects to budget and on time, whilst maintaining high health and safety standards for the team. I am a proactive problem solver, client focussed, driven, people person, with a focus on to ensuring best customer satisfaction.Mainly specialising in Building & Maintenance, Refurbishments and New Build projects across many sectors; with a principal focus on works within the Petrochemical Industry with a drive to expand Houlton’s presence and reputation within this sector with new and existing clients. These top tier COMAH sites demand great levels of detail around the planning, organisation and implementation of the works, with Health & Safety the primary focus ensuring the works are executed on site to the clients satisfaction and standards set of each individual project.

I was responsible for successful delivery of projects on site. With emphasis on ensuring that all projects were delivered on time, in budget and to high quality. Also to manage all safety aspects of the projects for all operatives working on site, either directly employed of sub-contractors.

Carry out all aspects of site joinery to a high standard, whilst maintaining good health & Safety standards in the process.
