Director of Children's Ministry at SW Campus:Andy worked to plant the Children’s Ministry at Discovery Church’s Southwest Campus in Windermere, Fl. serving as Children’s Pastor for three years. Andy continued on staff in other capacities for the next year and a half. He continues to serve in the capacity of Hospitality and Men's Ministry Pastor, as well as safety / security director.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Transportation Department and providing the highest level of service to all customers. Coaches, trains & develops the department management staff. Serves as the role model for the department, promoting teamwork, ownership, cooperation and accountability. Leads the department in developing processes, procedures and controls to provide the best possible service in the most cost effective manner. Owns and ensures adherence to all methods and procedures. Monitor and recommend expense controls and measures that ensure the highest levels of production. Duties include but are not limited to ensuring all drivers, files and trucks are DOT compliant. Evaluate manpower, route efficiency, and driver performance.
