As a Asst Manager, I will work closely with my Team Leaders, Senior and Junior Bench Sales Teams and Recruiting Teams. • Assigning New Consultants to Bench Sales Team and Requirements to Recruiting Team.• To manage and monitor both HR Team and Recruiting Management Teams and to work on escalations and clearing doubts.• Responsible for Complete ADP Process, Timesheets Collection, Invoicing and Payroll.• Following up with the Vendors on the Invoice payments Release.• Helping our Consultants on Visa Issues and assisting them in H1B processing and suggestions and collection of documents during RFE times.• Assisting our consultants to get Client letters, Redacted agreements between clients and Vendor at the times of H1B filing and H1 Transfers.• Following up with our HR Team on Paper Work, to read and check on agreements(NCA, MSA, PO, COI) on new closures and to work for a quick start date.• Coordinating with the team and Setting Targets for the Team and motivating them for Closures.• Screening and Evaluating the candidates and Documents shortlisted by our Recruitment Team.• Crosschecking shortlisted Candidates and filtering for Submission to our Clients.• Random checking of the submissions done by our sales team.• Initial phone screens, short-listing profiles, conduct interviews, etc• Conducting mock interviews and preparing the consultants well for the interviews.• Follow-up/coordination with potential candidates for prospective employment.• Talking to our Consultants who are being marketed by our team on a daily basis and motivating them by taking feedback, enquiring about Submissions and Interviews.• Talking to our placed Consultants who are currently in the project for their Timesheets submissions on time. As a Team Leader, I will work closely with Senior and Junior Bench Sales Teams and Recruiting Teams. I will be reporting to my Manager.
