Manage e-commerce, website updates and social media content development. Facilitate purchasing, negotiations, and supply chain logistics (shipping and receiving). Create new business partnerships with other small business owners. Support education for local aspiring beekeepers. Implement new selling strategies to support a variety of products including beekeeping supplies, products of the hives and gifts for beekeepers. Maintain healthy and productive beehives across multiple locations in the area for self and as-a-service for others.

Manager of Landmark R&D IT team. Our team of 8 System Administrators support daily research and software development activities for the Landmark PSL. The team supports the Landmark major development locations in Denver, Houston & Calgary along with smaller satellite locations. We also manage the IT infrastructure for off-shore resources leveraged by Landmark.

Andy was responsible for the creation of this new team and leveraging existing resources within the organization. This team was tasked with the delivery of one of the largest IT infrastructure projects and designing the new data center to meet the needs of the current and future business requirement. This team quickly completed a design that would improve resiliency, meet existing demand and future proof the infrastructure to meet future requirements. To support the data center design the team was tasked with evaluating, investigating and in many cases implementing new capabilities. This included virtualization, blade server technology, storage, and data center networking.In addition to the data center project, this team also worked across technical silos to deliver better integrated solutions by working closely within IT and the business to understand their requirements.
