Provide on-site and remote support for users at over 30 law firms in the Chicago area. Troubleshoot general Windows PC issues, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, document management systems, and Outlook email. Keep records of incidents in ticket management system, escalate appropriately, and work with the rest of the team to resolve user issues in a timely manner. Fill in for on-site techs at some firms as required.
