So anyone reading this will want to know the answers to three quick questions; who am I, what do I do and what am I like?Who am I? A committed, enthusiastic, innovative and passionate individual with a broad and eclectic range of experience in the areas of technology and business change, that spans multiple geographies and industry sectors. Owner of a wide range of T shirts from ‘having been there and done that’, hopefully using the scars on my back to help customers to do things better and realize value in their own businesses.What do I do? Well the HR industry is at an inflection point, the cloud and big data offer the potential to dramatically change how organisations operate and how people work most effectively within them. My role is to understand these changes, describe them and help customers to share that journey.What am I like? Well is there such a thing as a pragmatic evangelist, because that would about fit. On the one hand I am excited and energised by opportunities to make a difference, primarily through leveraging the power of both people and technology. But I am a realist, recognizing that individuals and organisations work and move in different ways and at different speeds.
