Senior Director Of Global Marketing
Current• Provide overarching leadership and direction for strategies, tactics and resource investment across the Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Organ Support Therapies (OST), and diagnostics portfolios• Lead/coach/develop 6 direct reports and overall team of 8• Collaborate with cross functional core teams to develop and execute the 10 Year Innovation road maps across the CRRT, OST, and diagnostics portfolios• Support Global portfolio planning, including R&D innovation and acquisitions to drive strategic and financial goals of $800M+ business• Drive the cross-functional and cross-organizational delivery of the strategy and global product portfolio marketing plans, including value propositions, positioning, and segmentation• Collaborate to gain global alignment across the regions and functions to support launch excellence and commercial activities• Provide direction and oversight on research required and approach to collect, analyze and summarize data to drive market strategy across portfolio• Understand competitive and market trends to determine short and long term strategies for growth• Provide guidance on product launches for the respective portfolio and assess performance of each product launch• Oversee the development of value propositions which articulate clear, measurable and demonstrable benefits to target customers for the CRRT, OST, and diagnostics products• Provide oversight and direction on development of marketing campaigns across portfolio• Apply in-depth knowledge of the sales process to provide direction on development of valuable and impactful sales resources• Provide oversight of promotional channel strategies to maximize the overall value of portfolio; including communications strategy• Oversee pricing strategy across portfolio
