I'm a follower of Jesus, a husband, a father of 6, a small business owner (we own and operate a full-time portrait studio on the Central Coast of California, sunshineandreign.com), a church planter (becomelovechurch.com), a podcaster (jitsgrom.com), a jiu-jitsu competitor (blue belt under John Marine at Paragon Arroyo Grande), and a passionate writer and editor. My first work as a writer and an editor was in college (ghost writing and editing for several of my history professors), and I've done writing and editing work for owners of seven-figure companies (real estate, tech, etc.) as well as several large publishing companies. My most recent work was authoring a twelve-lesson study guide on the Book of Matthew for The Passion Translation of the Bible. I'm always looking for interesting writing and editing projects ... Why? I (apparently) don't need that much sleep ... and the extra $ helps pay for our jiu-jitsu tournament adventures!
