Taking on more than just a sales role I have overseen the launch of a new bridging product within the bank. Required to originate deals, assess risk and price appropriately; write up relevant credit application and present to bank’s credit committee for approval; liaise with internal credit delivery team, instruct 3rd party firms including law and surveyor companies; manage case through to drawdown and redemption. Requires good understanding of development and term lending to assess exit. 2 Person team lending c. £50m within 6 months from the first completion. Assisted other areas of the bank with customer relation and management tools.
