As a busser I am responsible for cleaning and clearing off tables, refilling and serving beverages to tables, and coordinating with the servers and bartender to ensure smooth sailing for the restaurant and its occupants. When someone in the restaurant needs help I am happy to do so.

During my time as a supervisor I gained experience in a number of management-related operations such as being a member of the hiring team, scheduling, shift reconciliations, maintaining employee records, and leading a team. As a supervisor responsible for recording weekly inventory levels, I developed a method for members of film crew to account for lost/damaged inventory that resulted in a decrease to our theater's inventory variance.
