As a Customer Success Manager with PSG Analytics, my role is to provide training and support to our clients to help them achieve their goals in customer relations, productivity and compliance. My working life began in 1989 when I joined the Royal Air Force as a weapons mechanic. I served for a total of 9 years and left as a Junior Technician. My main role was as as a flight line mechanic / weapons technician on Tornado GR1A/B bombers on No. 2(AC), 16 and 31 squadrons.In 1998 I joined the Royal New Zealand Air Force and moved to Base Ohakea and served for 4 years as a weapons technician in the aircraft maintenance squadron and No.14 squadron Aermacchi MB 339 jet trainers.In 2003 I joined Kent Police as a Constable and served for 19 years as a response officer (2003-2018) and a foundation trainer (2018-2023). I left policing earlier this year to take up my current position with PSG Analytics and I am excited to see what the future holds for both myself and the company.I have also been a Foster Carer with my wife for the last 5 years and I am also an Independent Panel Member with Anchor Foster Care.
