Responsibilities included the overall strategic direction for all aspects of marketing and corporate communications. Primary areas of focus were to promote revenue growth, increase brand and product awareness, and maintain preference, as well as manage the teams responsible for brand stewardship, on/offline campaigns, collateral, design and production, events management, public relations, internal communications and translation services. Appointed head of the Customer Support Call Centre. Member of the LexisNexis Global Marketing Team.

Held several senior positions within the company as well as with the wireless and cable business units.- Successfully designed, launched and managed the first proven prepaid wireless program in North America, setting the standard for other large global operators to follow. Grew the prepaid business to 750k customers and $30m in 2 years.- Led the launch team of Rogers’ next-gen GSM/GPRS wireless network investment of $500m.- Served as the marketing head for government license and spectrum applications.- Ran retail sales channels at the national and regional levels (+$110m) including P&L for flagship stores and in the Greater Toronto Area. - Led and launched the Rogers Better Choice Bundles program resulting in a 24% increase in existing customer upsell, 30% reduction in churn and 5% ARPU growth. - Led the customer lifecycle management marketing team to achieve “best-in-class” recognition for all of North America in the categories of customer retention (<1%) and revenue metrics with the Cable TV group.
