Develop, implement and manage user access profiles for applicable CNH Capital business applications. Perform CNH Industrial user access maintenance within CNH Industrial Capital business applications.Ensure that user access profiles are in compliance with the applicable segregation of duties protocols. Determine proper balance between business requirements for security access with controls required to meet Sarbanes Oxley and other regulatory requirements.Perform periodic revalidation of security access as directed to by CNH Industrial Capital policy. Participate in the development, communication and implementation of workflow documents to ensure smooth operation of group.

Work with each department in Retail Operations to ensure that the work being performed complies with the published procedures. Prepare and perform scheduled quality assessments to evaluate employee adherence to applicable procedures and workflows. Review existing procedures and workflows used by Operations for consistency with business environment. Develop and Maintain Quality Assurance tools required to perform assessments. Work with Employee Development to retrain employees to address variances. Participate on teams to improve efficiency of Retail Operation processes. Serve on business expansion teams to ensure servicing requirements are complied with.Perform Audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, SOX controls.
