- Processing of invoices- Allocation of Direct Debit Payments- Identification and solving of invoice queries e.g. quantity and price queries through a query management system- Liaising with Credit Controllers and suppliers to solve queries on over 300 accounts.My responsibilities include taking on ‘difficult' accounts and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. Working closely with our distribution centres, suppliers, and credit control departments to ensure payments are made in accordance with company policy.I am currently using SAP and a query management system in conjunction with an online invoice processing system in order to promote a paperless office.

- Provide Banking service to all SSA (Sainsbury’s Staff Association) accounts, around 400 in all- Balance all accounts on a monthly basis, reconciling around 2M of accounts each month- Manage bank accounts so that the maximum amount was kept on deposit in order to maximise interest- Produce annual accounts summarising all financial activity- Organise company events such as 5 A Side football tournament, golf days, etc
