Here are some notable outcomes:--- Delightful UX & Revenue Growth ---• Innovated the popular, but restrictive, “Instant Accept” feature with “Preferred Nurses”; streamlining applications (+10% IA shifts) and improving nurse and shift reliability (-12% IA callouts). • Built “Work with Friends” for nurses to seamlessly connect with each other and work together, achieving 7.4% feature adoption and a 33% booking conversion rate.--- Frictionless UX & Reduced Margin Loss ---• Crafted the “breaks” experience that ensured the mental health and safety of our nurses and their patients, which reduced 81% of unbillable “no breaks” timesheets, effectively eliminating margin loss of this type.• Designed the foundational “Overtime Cap” experience to stop the huge margin loss from non-billable overtime. While at the same time, our thoughtful design helped us enjoy +19% in hours worked, and +92% in billable overtime.

The Personal Investing Platform allowed customers to contribute and manage their retirement accounts. John Hancock's D2C Insurance wing provided consumers direct access to our Life Insurance products without needing to work with an agent. I was the lead designer responsible for research, UX, and UI transforming complex processes into user-friendly experiences.• Shipped a redesign of the quoting experience increasing application rate• Shipped a fully optimized e-application that cleared multiple high dropoff points
