• Liaise between clients, sub-contractors, contractors, and design principal to drive the design process towards a successful outcome• Create specification packages for lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc.• Create CAD drawings, including but not limited to, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, detailed elevations and custom furniture• Gather inspiration images for specific projects and studio library• Source furniture, finishes, and accessories, confirming pricing and availability• Manage procurement of items and oversight of ordering & deliveries• Create budgets, schedules, and specifications• Maintain project binders• Maintain fabric and materials library• Pick up & return samples to the design center• Coordinate vendor presentations for new products and materials• Distribute relevant product information to design team• Prepare, manage, and maintain project files, correspondence, drawings, etc.
