Worked at Applica(Shenzhen) Asia Limited almost 4 years, Applica is a branch company for Applica consumer product Inc.(USA),act as project engineer, in charge of Garment care product(including steam Iron, power cleaner and Garment steamer), from product design, definition and develop, to pilot run, follow up product schedule and development, helping supplier to solve technical issues and ensure product quality during product developing, test and inspect product performance and function per product spec requirement,etc1. Responsible for the development of the Execution phase schedule and all Execution PDP deliverables from ID developement,construction design to production.2. Worked on design change of old product's construction and new products design, like toaster, hair dryer and steam iron, the detail as below: 1. Construction design inner products, completed 3D and 2D drawings.2. Parts of prototypes preparing and inspection3. assemble prototypes and do performance testing for prototypes. 4. if performance ok, then pass to test team to do some critical testing to verify protytopes and the design 5. send drawings to tool maker for tool plan, and reveiw the tooling drawings.6. do FAI for new parts and make sure all parts meet the the spec or drawings, and then assemble FOT samples to verify it.7. package design and follow up material of package8. prepare all material for each EB and follow up the schedule and status of EB materails, make sure EB happen as plan.9. colloect all findings during EB stage and reveiw all findings with quality team, and then analyze the root cause and provide the correct actions.10. follow up material fo pilot and review the findings of pilot.
