I worked at household Appliances almost 18 years, have many years experience on construction design and project manager, ability to manage multiple projects, familer with project manager process.From 1999 year to 2005.5, work on construction design of small compliance, like toaster, hair dryer, blender and steam iron, completed production contruction design and review the internal contruction, analyze the feasible of design, review 3D & 2D drawings, assemble process and construction reviwe and safety review during project develope stage, arrange prototypes review and testing to verify the design, proceed each EB and testing to quality the new part and whole products, make sure product meet the requirement and safety review before mass productionFrom 2005.5 to now, work on project manager of small appliance almost 11 years, follow up blender and steam iron projects, from internal construction design, prototypes verification, tooling plan review, new tooling, Engineering building, apply compliance report(inlude chemical test & safety testing), pilot run & review and Mass prodcution, make sure products meet the requirement and high quality and lower cost before mass prodtion.-Knowledge of plastic molding, stamping, die casting and electrical/electronic manufacturing and components.-Knowledge of Safety and Regulatory requirements.-Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel.-Ability to communicate verbally and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.-PRO-E skill for review and analysis of the model.-Thorough understanding of Engineering Drawing, construction, BOM requirements, MS Project -Ability to analyze and select the appropriate material for the application.
