Responsible for the management and expansion of Petofac Training’s European and global consultancy team in the development and delivery of Oil Spill Response services.• Successfully managed and expanded the Environmental Response Consultancy team of 7 specialized advisers and project managers.• Developed a revenue stream of $1m USD .• Conducted Emergency Response and Oil Spill capability audits for Petrofac group for operations in UAE, Mexico Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand and Romania.• Led on the delivery of consultancy training, exercise and planning activities for CNRI West Africa, Apache Kenya and Hess Denmark, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Singapore, Mexico, Poland (fracking) and France (fracking).• Co-ordinated the design and development of over 200 Emergency Response and Oil Spill Plans • Commissioned by UK Oil and Gas to write the industry Framework for OPEPs based on Petrofac’s OPEP template. • Designed and delivered training programmes for members of the tactical and strategic response teams including: CNRI, Hess, BP Azerbaijan, Petrofac Malaysia and Mexico. • Coordinated the preparation and delivery of over 20 SOSREP exercises. • Contracted by Oil and Gas UK as Lead consultants supporting the UKs last 3 National Exercises. • Assisted Chevron and Shell in preparing to adapt the Incident Command System. • Developed client emergency response rooms and room processes for CNRI, Petrofac group, Hess Denmark, Apache, Chevron, Woodgroup and BP .• Liaised with UK and international regulators and authorities with regards to interpreting regulations in the development and delivery of Petrofac services. • Fulfilled role of Emergency Coordinator for Emergency Response Services division. Responded to a number of actual incidents and participated in regular exercises.• Finalist for Petrofac’s prestigious EVE award for demonstrating commitment to Safety.

Responsible for developing and delivering Petrofac’s global oil spill response consultancy business. • Successfully recruited team of 9 consultants located in the US, UK, UAE and Singapore.• Successfully delivered budget and met financial targets. • Introduced consistent approach to the international delivery of oil spill response services including training, exercises, auditing and planning.• Supported Petrofac Group in global oil spill response related issues.
