Account Manager
CurrentEcommerce- Planning and providing a comprehensive marketing campaign for the clients- Identifying best sellers and maximizing sales across the client products- Ensure content for new products is uploaded on time- Deciding where to place the call of action to purchase an item on the platform- Spearheading different eCommerce projects across various parties including clients, vendors, logistic company, and internal staff- Ensuring that the platform delivers a great customer experience- Liaising with the inventory and purchasing teams for newly available stock to advertise- Completing monthly reporting of key KPIs and utilizing the platform analytics to improve business performance Develop an extensive understanding of customer's business needs and establish digital advertising solutions- Recommend a strategy for content development and digital marketing campaigns- Oversaw implementation and track results of individual campaigns- Calendar and ensure completion of weekly and monthly processes- Identify the best performing keywords and ad variance to maximize campaign performance- Refine expertise in digital marketing products including display ads, PPC, SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Facebook ad manager, Xingtu platform, Ocean engine, etc. and its strategy- Create sales presentations for key target categories and accounts
