Fully in-charge and completed A&A project work that convert an abandoned old school with 5 building blocks into best off-campus co-living student hostel (coliwoo youth), that within the duration including of EOT (Aug ’19 – Mar ’20). Fully in-charge and completed A&A project work that convert an abandoned old 3 stories building into High-end co-living services apartment (Hmlet Cantonment https://homes.hmlet.com/cantonment), that completed within 3 months duration from April to July 19.

Fully in-charge of the architectural work for the newly built Beauty World Train Station which is on the Downtown Line by Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) with main contractor McConnell Dowell (MCD) Southeast Asia with a contract sum of $15mil (10mths). My greatest project was overall fully in-charge on handling for the Singapore Government project on Addition & Alternation (A&A) Architectural work that was Officially Opened by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. This project was the Enabling Village (www.enablingvillage.sg) with a contract sum of $19mil and received with a Completion Testimonial from the Deputy Director (18mths). Additional with the kick-off A&A redevelopment work for Tampines Mall during 2016 (4mths).
