I like to support people's careers, not destroy them. Besides being a full-time field service technician, my primary role is supporting the bay area field service technician staff. This is achieved by working alongside senior field staff, operations, and training personnel, to develop competent technicians so they can flourish with the proper temperament, customer service, and aptitude required for successful field service work. It is emphasized to them the value they deliver to the healthcare industry, our clients, and ultimately to the patients. By defining the importance of the work they perform, and with continued mentorship and guidance, this helps establish a clearer career path for them. The result is motivation and empowerment so they can perform at their best and exhibit the values of a well-rounded and trusted employee.
