• Provide data extraction and analyze the pricing and quotation per transaction to justify any additional charges.
• Tracking of the monthly orders fulfillment to ensure that the KPI are met.
• Gather and planning of vessel delivery schedule, for the timely release of the product to transporter’s warehouse.
• Manage an operation team in transporter warehouse to ensure delivery accomplished as per planned
• Resolve dispute and conduct investigation to ensure gaps are closed and reoccurrence are minimized.
• Manage inventory level, product pricing to ensure supply availability and to meet market demand.

• Perform accounting transaction leveraging on the integrated enterprise SAP system to ensure all invoice transaction are process prior due date.
• Responsible for the various supplier account & contracts and to validate the entry to facilitate for payment processing.
• Liaise with the service providers & payment team to resolve any disputes in view of pricing differences and product usage.
• Review the purchase order for the respective Business unit below S$50k.
• Release of the sales order once loading of the products has been completed.
