Managed an established Manufacturing Agent/ Trading office focused on FOB China Sales. Reported directly to CEO. Experienced in manufacturing and global logistics. Have developed for footwear, infant products, children's toys, health and beauty care products and electronic medical devices industries. • Interfaced with strategic customers such as Amazon, Costco, Wal-Mart, Target, TRU and their respective Asian buying offices to secure business by problem solving involving multiple parties in buying/merchandising, quality assurance, manufacturing, packaging, logistics and finance. • Directed teams that co-ordinated with USA and European customer’s operational staff, salespeople and management in planning, executing and maximizing FOB sales programs to help drive and build customer’s business.• Responsible for all elements of managing strategic product development teams. Worked with inventors, contract manufacturers, IC programming specialists, IC makers, mechanical and electrical engineers, sculptors, packaging and trim suppliers through the manufacturing cycle; all the way from product concept to shipment of goods. •Conducted a comprehensive I.T. project to update our legacy order entry, shipping and accounting systems. Implemented work-flow and supply chain analysis, then integrated EDI solutions that resulted in a streamlined order processing system that reduced order entry error, increased productivity, improved efficiency and stimulated the company's growth.
