I am a highly qualified and motivated manager and deliverer of training and development with over 30 years experience in the rail industry. Specialising in track safety and occupational health and safety for the past 16 years, I have also been involved in developing and delivering track safety courses, as well as embedding behavioural safety into these programmes. I am committed to delivering a customer led approach to improving performance within an organisation. A good team player, I also value the opportunities that occur to use my own initiative. I am committed to the principles of diversity and inclusion, behavioural and cultural change and see the development of colleagues as a key performance indicator for a healthy organisation.
