Created APAPA Tri-Valley chapter, and was the chapter's founding president. Later promoted to APAPA Bay Area regional president and APAPA California president.

Worked as a Tapestry Benefit AC to build benefit plans. Created automatic benefit building tools which made benefit plans build 4-5 times quicker.

Primary consultant for KP Georgia region Epic EDI AP claim transition from 4010 and 5010. Made a very successfully transitions. Also lead the MA EDS project for Georgia. Made Georgia region the smoothest one among all KP regions for MA EDS project.I also designed a tools for their benefit engine and vendor contract tool. The tool cut down their benefit plan and vendor contract comparison from a couple hours tedious work to just one button click. Also the tool gives them much better report.

Worked with the client to develop web service to extract data from Epic using Epic Interconnect Server.

Built Tapestry EDI claims for the client. Provided support for Tapestry AP claim, vendor contract and provider build as well as Epic foundation.I am the sole EDI AP claims build and made a very successful EDI AP claims implementation for KP Atlanta region.

Helped client to implement Tapestry. Worked on Benefit Engine, Vendor Contract, AP claim and EDI claim build. Created multiple web based add-on tools for customer which saved them tremendous amount time and money.I am the primary Epic EDI AP claim builder Kelsey Seybold and made a very smooth implementation for the client. Because of the Epic EDI claim user interface was not that user friendly, I worked with the development team at Kelsey Seybold and developed a web user interface for EDI error process. The tool saves Kelsey Seybold a lot of time and money in daily processing EDI AP claim files. Kelsey Seybold users love the very much.I also build a lot of web tools and automatic testing tools for Kelsey Seybold benefit plan and vendor contract build and testing. Those tools save Kelsey Seybold a lot of money while allowing them to do more thorough testing and maintain a high confidence of their build.

Provided support for Tapestry module. Built and managed Care Everywhere support team. Provided support for Care Everywhere and Epic foundation.

The first certified Tapestry developer in Epic history. Worked as primary developer in Tapestry for several modules including benefit engine, vendor contract, AP claims, capitation and etc. Moved to Epic Care Everywhere team as the team started. Worked on Interconnect web service, chart sync and EMFI/EMPI development and testing.
