Strategic Account Manager for Amazon MENA (Middle East & North Africa)- Managed over 60 CN (China-based) sellers on Amazon MENA, including multiple key accounts accounting for 20% of total 2022 CN seller sales in MENA.- Uplifted two managed accounts into the top five CN sellers in the MENA market with YoY growth of over 4x in sales and 8x in SKUs in MENA.- Launched first-ever top CN brand product release banner along with the iPhone 14 event in MENA generating over 25% uplift in sales and 30% uplift in unit sales.- Organized and executed the World Cup Promotion event in MENA for all CN sellers.- Analyzed and optimized top sellers’ restocking and inbound lead time by over 50% by coordinating with theAmazon Fulfillment center team to create a private inbounding channel.- Facilitated six promotional events across the MENA markets (UAE and KSA) for over 50 top CN brands. - Directed and led a team to construct, consolidate, and compose a resource database for key topics to enhance and remodeled organization members’ learning methods and SOPs.- Oversaw and formulated a new brand issue workflow for the CN MENA team and conducted four internal brand knowledge training and three external brand knowledge sharing for CN sellers.
