Automotive Data Marketing Solutions:- Data Transformation Principle Project Manager. Responsible for delivering Market Research Analysis Projects into new markets worldwide, assisting them to transition their markets to optimising the ways of extracting business opportunities. I am also responsible for liaising with our Vendors and Manufacturers to manage our working relationships and to make sure that we are delivering a quality product on time and within budget.I am currently working on global Market Research Analysis programs, where I have had the privilege to travel and work with customers and colleagues in countries such as Australia, Argentina, Brasil, China, Europe, New Zealand and Russia. All of these countries have their own diverse set of opportunities to deal with along the way, which always makes this position interesting.There certainly has been difficult times, but the team that I am a part of carried on providing vital information and succeeded in delivering projects throughout the global pandemic.

Working for the Digital Marketing sector to manage from concept to the delivery of a new digital web based platform which included a full CMS application that allowed publishing, editing and modifying content; as well as maintaining control from a central interface for Car Supermarkets & Dealers Groups throughout the UK.

IMS (Importer Management Systems) based in Dublin, covering a worldwide customer base. IMS supply highly bespoke software systems anywhere in the world.Primary roles have been in Account, Consultancy and Project Management.I have been involved in all the major IMS projects (coordinating, planning, managing processes, executing projects). Managing customer accounts; one of these was a major vehicle importer in to the Netherlands; which involved dealing with their IT Management and CFO, for current and future planning of their Automotive IT business requirements. I have also had the role of Consultancy Manager, a small but dedicated specialised consultancy team. This entailed the management of their schedules, efficiency and welfare.Liaised with the Sales Teams on new business opportunities, for forward planning.Last major projects were to implement a multi parts warehouse ordering and distribution system into a leading automotive distributor in Moscow Russia. This was an 18 month project which had to take into account the geographical size and time zone structure of the country. Installation of a new vehicle ordering process into a major Distributor in the Republic of Ireland. Major change management practices came into practice during this project.

Responsible for the program management of Automotive IT projects and their life-cycle for smart GmbH Stuttgart.I was responsible for the management of the Smart GmbH (part of the Daimler AG) account program in Stuttgart Germany for nearly five years.I played a key role running projects, liaising between ADP and smart to ensure that the development program from ADP was designed to fit into their own (PDLC) software release schedule Specifically responsible for planning of projects and process management, identifying risks and dependencies, preparing software specifications and writing detailed proposals.Ensuring the successful completion of the development process in accordance with budgets and project deadlinesPreparing and presenting weekly status reports on behalf of the ADP management team and delivering presentations to smart and Daimler at regular progress meetings Making sure of the successful delivery of the projects to smart Implementing smart onto the ADP Project Issue Management Reporting System as well as developing an information database for all of Smart’s related projects Successfully delivered a project for an IT solution for Mercedes Benz Classic Car Centre (MBCC) Fellbach, Stuttgart.
