- Oversee HRIS landscape and manage excellent data quality for 15 countries China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam with more than 700++ employees.- Attend day to day operation and end user enquiries to help resolve the issue. - Conduct training to every new user / existing user to educate and help to understand the Success Factors system better as and when required. - Organize sharing session to end users on developments of the Success Factors system as and when necessary. - Ad-Hoc Report; - Generate ad-hoc reports monthly and weekly to ensure timely & accurate data maintenance in a specific timelines. - Develop new ad hoc report according to user needs to help better data quality checking. - Assist in monthly payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as – Increment, Allowances, Absences and Leaves).- Manage Organisational Management and Personnel Administration from hiring to terminations, employees movements and other maintenance by using Success Factor system. - Contribute to operational process improvement activities by providing support to the team for any continuous improvement initiatives. - Involved in testing new procedures and to work closely with project team to raise any discrepancy for the process improvement and support the clients in a better manner. - Troubleshoot system issue and working closely with external SAP consultant to resolve the issue. Project Involvement June 2018 – August 2018 - Success Factor Migration Project - Responsible and works closely with country HR to ensure the testing result quality and reliability of data in Success Factor before and after go-live. - Conduct training to user educate and help them to understand the system better before perform testing in Success Factor. - Identify the system issues & work closely with SAP vendor team to resolve the issue.

- Oversee HRIS landscape and manage excellent data quality for 16 countries Australia, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong and Thailand with more than 40,000++ employees.- Oversee each country payroll cutoff date and ensure all the request delivered in timely manner.- Attend day to day operation and end user enquiries to help resolve the issue.- Clear all outstanding requests by responding/attending to the request immediately and assigned the request to respective junior analyst.- Conduct training to each country new user to educate and help to understand the system better. - Organize sharing session to end users on developments of the HRIS systems as and when necessary.- Ad-Hoc Report - Generate ad-hoc reports daily to ensure timely & accurate data maintenance. - Generate monthly & ad hoc reports for client in a specific timelines. - Develop new ad hoc report according to user needs to help better data quality checking.- Maintain master data in SAP OM & Personnel Administration modules from hiring to terminations, employees movements and other maintenance.- Contribute to operational process improvement activities by providing support to the team for any continuous improvement initiatives.- Involved in testing new procedures and to work closely with project team to raise any discrepancy for the process improvement and support the clients in a better manner.- Act as a supervisor to manage the team and work activity when manager not around.
