Intelatrac, Intelatrac and Intelatrac. Auditing customer use of Intelatrac to ensure they are getting maximum benefits from the tool. Developing effective operator rounds to ensure everyone gets all the info, all the time.

Grassroots startup of the LC Finer Fractionation Section. After 5 years on shift, took a day job. Designed and implemented an incident investigation team and then spent 3 years as an incident investigator. Shifted gears to process safety and played a pivotal role implementing Ensure Safe Production....operator rounds, meetings, shift turnover, start of shift orientation. It's all about the communication between operators outside and inside and all others looking to maximize production and minimize downtime!
