• Collate and analyse of statistics to ensure established procedures and controls are adhered
• Assist to implement controls and governance processes
• Enhance and update of policies and procedures
• Generate reports and review of exception reports

• Provide loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs to customers
• Network and develop strong relationship with property agents, lawyers and developers on business opportunities
• Develop both commercial and residential mortgage loan portfolio
• Document and handle the loan application process

• Advise customers on loan application and other banking products
• Handle all unsecured facilities applications
• Work closely with customers to ensure all relevant documents are provided for smooth application process
• Provide assistance to customers when there is enquiries

• Advise customers on credit card enquiries
• Provide after sales service to assist enquiries
• Handle all unsecured facilities applications

• Complete and update daily reports such as Password Reset, Mailbox Creation and End of Shift Reports
• Upload End of Shift Reports into DMDB
• Manage and keep track of the movements of team members belong to night shift
• Responsible of communicating instruction from Command Centre to team members
• Manage all enquires via telephone or face to face
• Maintain a consistent approach to each and every situation
