• Main contact window of global wafer foundry (TSMC,UMC,Towerjazz,SMIC,ASMC. ect) for production supply, organize foundry meetings and highlight the issues to Foundry Operations team timely. Coordinate with Foundries on wafer expedites or push-outs to meet with the requirements,• Monitor wafer foundry WIP status and compare with PO, Weekly calculate and summarize the queue start PO vs foundry allocation to make the latest wafer start plan in foundry, to ensure foundry capacity fully used.• Placement of wafer purchase orders per weekly plan provided. Follow up fab to provide the PO commit dates on a timely basis.• Timely change PO status to reflect latest demand and manufacturing status, make sure every PO delivery on time.• NPI management: support new production type out in fab, follow up with prod type/mask change; ensure reversion accurate and NPI part best schedule• Demand/Forecast management, check with every BU timely and make accurate demand forecasts to the foundries and see if any issue to support forecast; highlight the capacity constraints/risks to the management.• Inventory management: timely cleanup long time inventory and no demand orders• Drive foundry on time delivery performance and be responsible for cycle time improvement.• Assist accounting team to complete RMA return PO in SAP on a timely basis • Assist supply planners to resolve the B2B and idoc transaction errors related to Fab data.• Strong SAP system knowledge (ECC and APO)
