Following the acquisition of the business by Callcredit Information Group in December 2010, I took on the leadership of process benchmarking ltd and significantly built the business. In January 2019 I led an MBO to take the business back into independent ownership. In July 2023 I took the business into a fully employee owned model through an Employee Ownership Trust and personally stepped back from Managing Director to enable me to also undertake my mayoral duties.
